We bring it back, refit it and reconnect the hoses.

We run it under load to make sure it’s working right before the machine goes back to work.

Call 0459 698 249 and describe the cylinder: leaking, drifting under load, scored or bent rod.

We remove it on site
We come to you, disconnect the hoses and remove the cylinder or ram from the machine.

Repaired and reinstalled
We take it away to be resealed, honed, machined or rebuilt as needed, then bring it back, refit it and check it under load.
Grease the pins, protect the seals: heavy-duty greases including Black Tak Molyplex, Red Tacky and Truck & Farm in 450 g cartridges and 20 kg pails. Shop grease.

What are the signs a cylinder needs attention?
Visible fluid leaking from the cylinder or seals, a cylinder that drifts or creeps under load, and scoring on the rod or a bent rod or mount.
Do you reseal cylinders on site?
No. We remove the cylinder on site and take it away to be resealed, then bring it back and reinstall it.
What if the cylinder needs a full rebuild?
We take it away for honing, machining or a full rebuild, then bring it back, reinstall it and check it under load.
